Being a handicraft Item, it is difficult to guarantee the exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, or construction of the finished goods.

All measurements in this catalog are given in inches in the format of Height X Width X Gusset. Please refer to the diagram(photo) for details.

Wash Care: Do not wash. 

Delivery Timeline for bulk orders:
The lead time of 6 weeks is required for the minimum order of 1000 units. The timeline may vary based on the number of units ordered.

Packing for International Shipping
Bags are packed in sea-worthy cardboard cartons.

High-value orders may impose customs duties and taxes that are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them.

Just a kind reminder that all our outfits and products are made to order, so we do not accept returns if you order incorrectly. Choose your sizes by checking our sizing chart.
For items that arrive at you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement.

For items that arrive at you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, you are eligible for a full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs), if the damage is due to our end. We do not accept refund requests due to a change of mind.
